Spartacus: Blood and Sand. I saw the preview copy first episode, lots of 300 3-D-ish blood, but now I hear tell that in future episodes we've got full frontal male nudity, m/m and m/f sex, orgies, plus some handy foreplay in the form of slaves manipulating their masters for prep. Plus Lucy Lawless naked (so I hear) - that made Dave's ears perk right up.

The verdict is still out for me on the show. I'll know in about 5 or so episodes whether or not I'll like it.

I have no idea if I like it. I think it'll take me another couple of episodes to tell. I'm fascinated, I think that's the word for now. I already find the blood-letting tiresome, the sex is fun, and even though there's a lot of CGI, that's almost part of the presentation, like a stylistic thing, so I'm liking it so far along with the total look of the thing.
