Here's where my fan fiction and vids can be found. I have written in some tiny, never-heard-of fandoms, and I am a fan of the bizarre. Besides you fail if you fail to see the inherent value of a planet full of monkeys. You fail!

I'm being brave here - I go back to the very first stories I put out in fandom. Even my painfully earnest and over-wrought Charmed stories.

my transformative works policy:
Anyone who wants to riff off my works, podfic it, whatever, you're very welcome to do so, as long as credit/a link to the original work is given, and as long as it's not monetized. I firmly support transformative works - there's so much happiness in it. In my viewpoint, reworking and adding to the narrative of others is human nature and an important part of our culture.

My friend got this at the SHarecon 2006
and I can't even get into "Draw the Line" here.
That short story is just fucking incredible.
which reminds me I gotta nag her to lend
me her copy again. I hope to one day get a copy of that zine.

Is Blood and Destiny going to go online someday?

Are you ever gonna put out another S&H zine?

As for SPN I just started getting into it. Just started
on Season 3 and so far I'm digging it. Its not too deep
but I'm digging it.

Wow, I remember SHarecon 2006 - I've been to two cons and that was one of them. The LWLF zine Flamingo sold for me at an earlier con, but I toted those Blood and Destiny zines with me and my friend Cass in the van to SHarecon. Those suckers were heavy. If I had an extra copy of B&D I'd just send it on to you, but they sold out and I didn't keep any extra. I think I probably should have kept a few back so I could send them out to friends, but I didn't - I made another small order with the printer and those sold, too. I could try and get one printed later on if you want me to try. I know the printer keeps the order on file for a few years.

I don't really plan to put it out on the internet, though - it was and is a very special project to me that I prefer to be read in the way it was intended to be read. Sounds silly, maybe, but there you are. I don't have any plans to put out another one, unfortunately, although I did love doing it. Truly was something I loved and was deeply invested in doing right.

Thanks for telling me you liked Draw the Line. I really think it's my favorite fan fiction I've written. Pepper helped me do some research, which helped immensely, and I loved writing it. I really "felt" the boys.

SPN was a hard sell for me, for some reason. I'd seen an episode before - I like Callum Keith Rennie and I watched his episode, but I didn't like it. Turns out I STILL don't like his episode much. I love supernatural stuff and psychological horror, stuff like that, so I kept thinking that show must have something I'm missing. Finally caved and bought the first season. It was decent but I still wasn't REALLY hooked. Still I bought the 2nd season, and that's where I started getting into it. I really like the characterizations best in first season, but I like the intensity of the episodes later on.

Hey Kassidy,
I would totally be interested in getting
a copy whenever you get the time to have
it reprinted. That would be awesome and I
love the fact that you want to keep it pure
in book form with the true look of text on
a page. I really respect that. I need to re-read
"Draw the Line" again because I have alot of
comments I'd love to share with you on it.

As for SPN, fI watched the 1st half of S1 and I
thought This show should be as scary as Buffy
got when that show got really dark. But those first episodes
were so lackluster and so not scary and I remember the
promos really hyped it up and it looked like it was
gonna be really scary. I, oddly am going backwards
and watching S3 now. And so far S3 is really good.
Not as dark as I would like but still good. I'm hoping
this new season gets darker so far these 2 episodes
are really dark and there's a lot of extra weirdness going
on.

I think I've told you before, but it can't possibly hurt to tell you again--I *love* "Blood on the Sun". It's scary powerful. And your "Dead or Alive" vid is great--you're right, not enough ASJ vids out there.

You can ALWAYS tell me you love something I wrote - lots and lots of times;) Thank you. BotS was the first thing I wrote after the first zine came out - I think my relief that it was finally out showed. It was one of those dream pieces in terms of writing - it took very little time and the feeling came out pretty much as I wanted.
I meant to talk to you earlier in an lj comment- yeah, the 3 fandoms I've seen you in? S&H naturally, ASJ and then I saw you commenting over at Callisto's spn story. SPN is my newest thing, but it took me quite a while to get into. I mean, I'd watch and think, well, maybe...

You have good taste in fandoms!

Well, I've only *just* started watching SPN, thanks to Callisto ('cause I'll read almost any damn thing she writes. Now, I've gotten sucked in--Jensen Ackles is to drool for).
