it's my vampire novel from hell, and the longest thing I ever wrote. I wrote it a long time ago and I can't quite throw it away - there are things in there that still speak to me LOUDLY - but it's worse than working from scratch. So I give it a push, get a few more chapters reworked every now and again. I'm so glad it spoke to you - I need all the encouragement I can get to get this thing ever to see light of day.
