Oh that sucks. I've never had poison ivy, but I know what it's like to be uncontrollably itchy. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. *gah* I don't know if this will work for you, since it's on your face, but hot water (like in the shower, as hot as you can stand, for as long as you can stand) might give you some relief. Something about drawing the histamines out of the skin ... it'll itch as you're doing it, but it'll feel better afterwards, and it lasts a while. For me, it lasted longer than the Rx steroid cream. Kept me from going completely apeshit when I was having radiation treatment. Hang in there, sweetie.
