I will ALWAYS love the Bay City boys - that won't ever change.
Of course not!
And I'll always be reading the fiction, too - you know how I love fan fiction.
That I do:)
But there's a darkness that's available in SPN, I think because of the very nature of the show and really, the fandom, and there's very few limitations, which floats my boat. Considering I have written original fiction in horror, I'm really at home with SPN.
That makes total sense to me. And the darkness in SPN is just there--a completely natural thing, whereas one has to look harder for it in SH.
And I have found some incredible fiction, both gen and Wincest (and wrote a little bitty one myself, which I'll post here sometime soon:)
And yours I'll read and I know I'll love it:)
I feel like I'm about to do a Seinfeld imitation with he whole "not that there's anything wrong with that" kind of thing, but I mean it. I have absolutely no issues with anyone enjoying the Wincest, and I'll pick up a sign (do we have signs?) and walk a line defending anyone's rights to read and write what they enjoy, but I know for me it won't ever be my thing. I watch the show in a gen universe. But I still get to keep my "I Am a Big Old Slasher" union card:)
You know, I never even got into SPN show until a few months ago - it was a slow grower for me. And now we've got two shows in common - I'm so glad:)
Me, too!
And, hey it doesn't matter how long it took you to get on board, 'cause you're on board now!
You know, I saw Jensen in a play a few months ago--he's even purtier in person, and I say that even though Sammy is my favorite. Give me a cerebral, guilt-ridden guy with long legs and I'm there every time:)
