Well I did it, I just had to do it, and now I'm dying. I knew 7 Days was unfinished and I read it anyway. Now I am so upset. I don't know....

..how Heyes is going to rescue Curry from the Wells Fargo man holding him prisoner for the reward.
..how Curry is ever going to forgive himself for betraying Heyes.
..how Heyes is going to keep his shit together and do what he needs to do, now that he knows Curry slept with a woman.
The hotel they're in reminds me of "The Shining", being they're in Colorado, in a luxury hotel, and snowed in. A murderer is on the loose.
The characterization of Curry and Heyes is wonderful. The author goes beyond what was seen in the tv series, and it's magic. Her portrayals are so complex. She shows their thoughts, some of their memories, and some of how they came to be the men they are, all by getting into their heads so damned convincingly. Hannibal is so intelligent and so methodical, such a loner in his head. Curry is so visceral and down-to-earth. I love this story. I love these boys. I am bereft that it isn't finished.
