VAMPIRE DIARIES: there should be Klaus/Stefan/Damon, because Cass wants it and I'd like to read it (though I don't watch, I know they're pretty).

DARK BLUE: there should be much more Dean/Jaimie/Ty fiction (TNT cop show).

LEVERAGE: there should be Parker/Hardison/Eliot. EDIT: I have been told it's a prominent pairing in the fandom? This is good, maybe I can find them:)

There are other Leverage comms, but that comm and the AO3 list might be the best places to find the OT3 writers you might like.
