I second the passing of that law is all I'm saying.

The only pictures I've seen of Jared without a shirt are when he's doing something dorky (see above, or there's this weird thing where he's doing some pose and every other guy around him has shirts with muscles PRINTED on them,heh) or it's a screencap from when they make him take his shirt off on Supernatural. Luckily that's happened a couple of times this year;)
